Well, the build that I have been playing for months now consists of BBQ, Devour Hope, Undying, and Thrill of the Hunt on Nurse. Devour Hope in my opinion is the most fun killer perk in the game, but it is extremely inconsistent because it is a Hex so naturally it can get permanently disabled by survivors.
