I have had chemical pregnancies where the line takes along time to progress and I start bleeding before week 5. Iv had it multiple times unfortunately and it's very common.

I was taking daily Easy@home and EZ level cheapies. the test lines were finally starting to get darker than the control lines on my EZ level ones and then I ran out of both at 19DPO.
