I love my Sig Mosquito which is exactly the same and rebranded as the GSG Firefly.:bthumb: No problems with any .22LR HV ammo. No FTE or FTF's. Accurate enough for range plinking. Maybe it'll smooth out with some use. I have a 22/45 but I prefer the GSG 1911-22 that I chose rather than the Firefly. The 22/45 is more prone to FTF when it gets dirty than the 1911-22.
