The BSS 2h heavy attack is a bit more useful than the uchi's. The uchi has stronger dex scaling where the BSS needs a bit more strength to get to reach similar AR.

if you infused it with fire already then there's your answer, i believe that Uchigatana comes with no element by default. Raw infusion removes stat scaling but increases overall damage. It's a good infusion for people who start their characters by leveling up HP/Stamina instead of STR/DEX/INT/FAI.
