Thought it was flooded. Finally started and drove back to the house. Later started and ran OK, but the nest time I went to use it, it would not start.Morning temps close to freezing. Crank no start… every once in a while would catch an idle then die. Did not have a lot of tools in camp so swapped a few relays, charged battery, tried priming with key on a bunch, but nothing. Tested fuel pressure: 12 - 18 psi. Replaced fuel pump: now with key first on 58psi.08 - 800 RZR no spark, no fuel - Fixed! Ohms is one thing - voltage is another, but if the charge coil is damaged and shorted to ground, you will get at best a weak spark but most usually no spark. New plug gapped to .0325. Because the engine doesn't run the battery isn't recharged as I try to start it. I externally charge the battery to between 12.6 & 13.0. I just ordered a new solenoid as it didn't ohm out 2.5 + or - 20%. Once that is installed (and works!!!!) I'll look at the no spark issue. Thanks for replying.
